All prices shown are per apartment and per night for 2 persons (minimum stay 5 nights).
For each additional person we charge 10,00 - 15,00 € per day (excluding children under 5 years in the PRE season).
Included in the price are the costs for electricity, water, bath-, bed- and kitchen-linen and towels, internet-access (cable and wifi), final cleaning and the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass.
Please note that we do not accept credit or EC cards.
The local tax is not included in our prices and is 1,50 € per person and per day (excluding children and adolescents under 14 years).

Travel cancellation:
until 40 days prior to the beginning of your holiday no cancellation costs, from 40 to 14 days prior to the beginning of your holiday we charge 20% of the amount of your reservation, from 14 days prior to the beginning of your holiday or should you leave before the planned date of departure, we charge 50% of the amount of your reservation.

Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass With this guest card (included in the booking price) you can use all public means of transport in South Tyrol for free. Moreover you can experience innumerable attractions along the South Tyrolean Wine Road for half the price. You can find detailed information about this guest card here:
